Job Summary

Join our fast-growing overseas recruitment team as a Customer Service & Telesales Executive. In this role, you will connect with potential job seekers, explain international job opportunities and guide them through the application process. Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: In-person

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential job seekers on a daily basis.
- Clearly explain overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and job portals.
- Counsel candidates and convert prospects into confirmed applicants.
- Maintain strong knowledge of destination countries, job categories, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including documentation, visa, and placement.
- Record all calls, follow-ups,



and conversions accurately in the system.
- Achieve monthly targets related to call volume, lead conversions, and revenue.

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of other languages such as Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Persuasive speaking ability with confidence on calls.
- Target-driven mindset with good follow-up discipline.
- Basic computer skills and CRM/record-keeping ability.
