- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a polite and skilled approach
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of eyewear
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Patient and customer-friendly attitude
- Prior customer support experience will be preferred
