We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, messages, and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp/messages, and emails
- Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of eyewear
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Patient and polite attitude
- Customer support experience will be preferred
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
