Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Kolkata.

The Customer

Service professional will handle customer inquiries and concerns in-store and over the phone, ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through product selections, managing service requests, resolving issues,



and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role involves supporting sales teams by enhancing overall customer experience, ensuring satisfaction, and upholding brand service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer needs professionally.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive interactions and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for in-person and telephone interactions.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Kolkata, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or jewellery customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency for handling customer records and store systems.
- Fluency in English and local languages preferred, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
