Role Description The Customer Service Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. The role involves engaging with customers in person and over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services to drive sales.

The representative will manage inquiries, provide clear and accurate information, resolve issues, and support customers throughout the sales process. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also requires adherence to company policies, participation in trainings,



and consistent communication with supervisors regarding customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Sales aptitude with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and work toward achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally.
