? What you'll do:

•⁠ ⁠Take the first client call and understand their vision for the big day

•⁠ ⁠Set up and join Zoom meetings with our senior team, helping close the deal

•⁠ ⁠Help clients finalise vendors across decor, catering, photography, and more

•⁠ ⁠Be the go-to point of contact for client queries right up to the event

•⁠ ⁠Be on-site on the wedding day, making sure every commitment is delivered

•⁠ ⁠Collect client feedback post-event

•⁠ ⁠Keep following up on current leads alongside your day-to-day

? What we're looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Great with people, quick on your feet, cool under pressure

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills, confident on calls

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint (for client decks/proposals)

•⁠ ⁠Experience in client servicing, sales, or hospitality is a plus
