Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Gurugram.

The Customer Service

Representative will handle customer inquiries across channels, provide product and service information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include managing phone and in-person interactions, documenting cases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt follow-up. The role also involves maintaining high customer satisfaction,



supporting store operations as needed, and contributing to an engaging and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support.
- Skills related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort using basic computer systems, point-of-sale tools, and customer service software.
- Prior experience in retail, apparel, or lifestyle brands is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
