Customer Service Officer

Looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, to handle client interactions and support across all our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle client queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage day-to-day coordination for bookings and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client details and interactions.
- Support onboarding of new clients and members.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Operations team in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and positive client experience across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle client requests calmly under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.




- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred.
