We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Permanent Work From Home opportunity.
Salary & Benefits :
- CTC: 19k ctc - 15k in hand (depending on the hiring category/process) + 2k Quarterly Bonus + Incentives
Job Details :
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts
- Login Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour lunch break)
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and skilled customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
- English + Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Mandatory Work From Home Requirements :
Candidates must have
- Laptop with Intel Core i5 processor
- Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband Internet Connection
- Power Backup (UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work
