JOB LOCATION & SALARY

NOIDA

Eligibility: Graduate Freshers

CTC: 3.04 LPA

Approx. In-Hand Salary: 18,500/month

Transport Allowance: 4,000/month

Process: International Customer Support

Shifts: 24x7 Rotational

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs

GURGAON

Eligibility: Graduate Freshers

Salary: 20,000 25,000 In-Hand/month

Maximum salary depends on profile, communication, assessment & process eligibility.

Process: Voice / Chat / Blended Customer Support

Process Type: International

Shifts: 24x7 Rotational

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs

Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA as per process

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with customers through Voice,



Chat or Blended channels, understand their concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries related to products and services

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions

Assist customers with navigation and basic troubleshooting

Maintain professional verbal/written communication

Record customer interactions and update details in CRM

Maintain required Quality, CSAT, SLA & Productivity standards

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY

Graduate/UG Freshers can apply

B.Tech / MBA / MCA Freshers are NOT eligible

B.Tech / MBA / MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience

Candidates pursuing regular education must carry NOC from college

Good to Excellent English Communication is mandatory

Candidates must be comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts
