We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Healthcare Voice Process.

Salary: Up to ₹41,000 In-Hand

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate

Shift: US Night Shift

Week Offs: Rotational Eligibility

- HSC / Graduate
- Valuable English communication skills are a must
- Candidates with International Voice / BPO experience preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support for the Healthcare Voice Process.
- Handle and resolve customer/patient queries with empathy and understanding.
- Handhold customers throughout the entire process while being patient, professional and courteous.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance and resolutions.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during every interaction
