Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in the Mohali district, specifically for Punjabi-speaking freshers. The role involves responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing explicit information about matchmaking services, and supporting users through their journey on the platform.

The Customer Service

Executive will assist in resolving issues, guiding users through account setup and profile usage, and ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all community members.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, escalating complex concerns to senior team members, and collaborating with matchmakers to support user satisfaction. The role requires consistent professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to company policies and privacy standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on empathy and responsiveness.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to help build positive, long-term relationships with users.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with diverse communities, particularly Punjabi-speaking users.
- Fluency in Punjabi and good proficiency in English or Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, maintain confidentiality, and follow structured processes.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
