Job Title:Customer service executive - International Voice Process

Location: Navi Mumbai / Thane

Salary Benefits

- Salary: upto 30,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: 0-25k (Vary process to Process)
- Performance Incentive: 2,750
- Travel Allowance: 3,500 (1,250 one side)

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Graduate qualification required
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice sales services
- Engage with international customers to understand business needs and recommend solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver highquality customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions




- Collaborate with team members to drive performance and meet business goals
