- Cross-selling of credit card schemes, offers and products

- Minimum 1 year BPO inbound voice customer-service experience
- C1 Communication
- Versant 6 Mandatory before Client Round

Salary

- 34,000 In-Hand
- 40,000 CTC

Shift Details

- Day Shift Rotational
- 9-hour shift including 1-hour break
- Tentative shift window: 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- 2 Rotational Week Off

Transport

- Centralised Pick-up & Drop from Thane Station

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5+ years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization
- Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
