Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide courteous and professional assistance.
- Handle customer queries, requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Assist customers with product information, store facilities, and services.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issues as per company policy.
- Manage customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints and feedback.
- Support membership, loyalty programs, and promotional activities.




- Ensure the Customer Service Desk is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Department Manager.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
