Roles and Responsibilities





- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and skilled manner. Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5+ years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization
- Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
