About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join the airport operations team.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting passengers throughout their airport journey, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience while maintaining high standards of safety, service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
- Verify passenger documents, tickets, boarding passes and baggage information.
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, boarding, and flight-related queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gates, delays, cancellations, and airport facilities.
- Handle passenger concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist elderly passengers, families with children, passengers requiring special assistance and passengers with reduced mobility.
- Coordinate with airline, airport, security, baggage and other operational teams.
- Make boarding announcements and assist with the boarding process.
- Assist passengers during arrival, baggage collection and connecting-flight procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming,



communication and customer-service standards at all times.
- Follow airport security, safety, operational and company procedures.
- Prepare and maintain required operational records and reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or airport management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Customer-service experience or any prior training in aviation is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a busy airport environment.
