About the Role As a Customer Service Associate – Retail Chat Support, you will work in a structured digital customer support environment where written communication, typing accuracy, system navigation, and customer understanding are important. You will communicate with customers in Hindi and English according to their language preference while working with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through chat-based support in Hindi and English according to their language preference.
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear, accurate, and professional written communication.
- Use internet and mobile applications, system navigation tools, MS Excel, and MS Word as required for customer support activities.
- Work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications provided through the hosted Citrix Workspace environment.
- Maintain accurate written communication and customer interaction details while meeting required typing and language standards.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
- Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position.
- Language & Communication:



Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English according to customer preference
- English Competency: Equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4
- Typing Speed: 40 words per minute with no errors
- Written Communication: Equivalent to CEFR Level B1, including grammar, sentence construction, and subject-verb agreement
- Computer & Digital Skills: Working knowledge of internet and mobile applications, system navigation, MS Excel, and MS Word
- System Knowledge: Ability to work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications through Citrix Workspace
