Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Sales & Operations Executive with proven US sales experience to support our US-based business operations. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US customers, generating and converting sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers and clients.
- Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain strong relationships with US customers and identify repeat and upselling opportunities.
- Manage customer orders, inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
- Coordinate with US-based teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, follow-up, and customer service targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Mandatory Requirements




- Minimum 1–3 years of proven US sales experience is required.
- Experience working with US customers, preferably in an outbound/inbound sales process.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and conversational skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working according to US time zones.
- Experience with CRM and sales management tools.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Experience
- BPO / Call Center / Inside Sales experience.
- Experience handling US-based leads and customers.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, real estate, or other customer-facing industries.
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, upselling, and customer retention.
