Responsible for customer relationship management, branch coordination, sales support, and smooth coordination between customers, showroom, warehouse, delivery, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and grievances.
- Coordinate with branches, showrooms, warehouse and delivery teams.
- Support sales follow-up and customer updates.
- Coordinate stock availability (Showroom) and product requirements.
- Monitor deliveries, transportation and order status.
- Coordinate manpower and operational requirements.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports.
Requirements
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused and organized.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Experience in Customer Relation, sales or operations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
