Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer role based in Bulandshahr.

The Customer Relationship

Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their logistics requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. Day-to-day activities include managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal operations and finance teams, tracking shipments, and updating customers on service status. The role involves gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service quality,



and supporting sales efforts by promoting relevant solutions and services.

The Customer Relationship

Officer is expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to company processes, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management to nurture long-term partnerships and effectively manage key accounts.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand basic billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
