Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.

- Handle regular telecalling activities and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about our products/services.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and new leads to convert enquiries into customers.

- Update customer details, call status, follow-up dates, and lead information in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for smooth customer handling.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through effective communication.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead follow-up targets.





- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

- Support the team in improving lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

- Good follow-up and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
