Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints.

- Manage booking, documentation, payment, registration, and possession coordination.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

- Follow up on payments, documentation, and pending customer requirements.

- Prepare CRM/MIS reports and track customer issues until closure.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2–5 years’ experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with a real estate developer will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
