Position: Customer Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular and new customers.
- Monitor customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the outlet team to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Support sales growth through excellent customer service and customer engagement.
- Maintain customer feedback and service records.
- Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams on customer-related matters.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in customer relations, retail, bakery, food & beverage, hospitality,



or similar industries preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and effectively.
- Good team coordination and leadership skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
