Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing customer lifecycle management, including lead tracking, client onboarding, and post-sale engagement. The manager will design and implement CRM processes, analyze customer data, segment markets, and ensure timely follow-ups to improve satisfaction and retention.

Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, monitoring CRM system performance, preparing reports on customer trends, and resolving escalated client issues.



The role also involves optimizing communication workflows and supporting initiatives that enhance customer experience across all EK Homes projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data, identifying patterns, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to manage client interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Market Segmentation skills to support targeted campaigns, lead qualification, and customer-focused strategies.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, implement, and monitor CRM initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management in real estate or related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
