Key Responsibilities
- Client & Site Coordination: Manage client communication and ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.
- Manpower Management: Ensure adequate manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, and discipline at the site.
- Service & Escalation Management: Monitor service quality, resolve client concerns, and handle escalations promptly.
- MIS : Maintain daily reports, attendance, inspections with company/client requirements.
