Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our Matrimonial Services team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining our matrimonial services, generating and following up on leads, converting enquiries into registrations, and providing continuous support to customers throughout their matchmaking journey.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and an interest in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, packages, and registration procedures to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into registrations and memberships.
- Understand customer requirements such as age, education, location, profession, family preferences, and other matchmaking expectations.
- Maintain regular communication and build good relationships with registered customers.




- Assist customers with profile registration, profile updates, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking team to identify and share suitable profiles based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding profile selections, responses, and matchmaking progress.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, registrations, sales, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales, follow-ups, and customer activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and matrimonial profile details.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the service period.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
