The company partners with renowned mills in Italy, Switzerland, Japan, China, and other global hubs to offer a carefully selected range of fabrics.

Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, including responding to inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless order and delivery experience. The executive will maintain client records, follow up on orders and feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Daily tasks also include handling phone, email, and in-person communication, supporting sales activities, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to build long-term relationships and promote the brand’s values and offerings.

Qualifications





- Strong interpersonal skills and client relations experience to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure positive experiences.
- Transparent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
- Attention to detail and basic proficiency with CRM or customer management tools.
- Prior experience in textiles, fashion, retail, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
