Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Make customer follow-up calls and maintain customer records.

- Coordinate service appointments and customer visits.

- Collect customer feedback and address concerns professionally.

- Follow up with customers after sales/service.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information.

- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding appointments, vehicle status, and other updates.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.

- Assist the CRM team in achieving customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-friendly attitude.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Good telephone etiquette.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

- Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
