Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry, with strong skills in student counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
- Handle referrals and course upgrades.
- Organize and support seminars, workshops, and webinars.
- Build relationships with colleges and corporate representatives.




- Maintain student and lead databases and prepare regular reports.
- Support branch-level marketing and sales activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
- Experience in academic counselling or student admissions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and target-oriented approach.
- Positive follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location: In person Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
