Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and well-presented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join Mia by Tanishq at Forum Mall, Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, relationship management, sales support, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, promotions, and events.
- Maintain accurate customer details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support achievement of store sales and customer service targets.
- Maintain the brand's grooming and service standards.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in retail, jewellery, luxury, fashion, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Good sales and relationship-building skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and mall operating hours.
