As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary goal is to build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with us is exceptional. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering timely solutions to any issues they may encounter.

Qualifications
