We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle client enquiries, follow-ups and bookings for our wedding photography business.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls and other platforms

- Understand client requirements and explain our photography packages

- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication

- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the team

- Maintain enquiry and booking details in Google Sheets / CRM

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication

- Maintain a valuable relationship with clients throughout the booking process

What We’re Looking For

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English

- Friendly, confident and professional while speaking with clients

- Interest in sales, customer relationship management and wedding photography

- Basic computer and Google Sheets knowledge

- Previous experience in sales / customer service is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can apply

- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
