Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback. Effectively communicate product/service information, promotions, and company updates to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Work towards satisfactory resolutions to maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates on order status. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including interactions, preferences, and purchase history.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, inquiries,



and issue resolutions. Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding customer trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Bsc, BCA, Bcom, BBA, Msc, MCA, Mcom, MBA & Btech students can apply. Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role. Familiarity with CRM software and tools. Understanding of the product/service offerings and industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
