Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in whitefield Bengaluru.

The Customer Relationship

Executive will be responsible for managing working professional, ensuring thier satisfaction,



and maintaining solid relationships. Day-to-day activities include handling student inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional service, and coordinating with internal teams to address student needs. The role also involves fostering long-term relationships with students and generating references from existing active students.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently manage client accounts
- Knowledge of the online education sector is a plus
