We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients and generating qualified leads.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and messages in a skilled and timely manner.
- Engage with potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service coordination.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer and lead records using CRM tools.
- Share accurate information regarding products and services with customers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO processes will be an added advantage.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate product and service offerings effectively.
