- Handle client enquiries related to home nursing, elderly care, patient care, and caregiver services.

- Understand clients’ and family members’ care requirements and provide suitable service information.

- Explain service packages, charges, procedures, and terms clearly to clients.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and their family members.

- Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, and the operations team to arrange required services.

- Follow up with clients after service commencement to ensure proper coordination.

- Receive client feedback and assist in resolving service-related concerns promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of client details, enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.

- Build positive relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors,



and referral partners.

- Support client retention and service continuity by providing professional and compassionate customer service.
