About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our real estate team, handling customer relationships for our portfolio of premium villas and residences.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate site visits and appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and throughout the booking process.




- Prepare regular follow-up and customer status reports.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with experience in CRM, real estate, sales coordination, customer service, or hospitality will be preferred.
