Role Description

We are seeking a Customer IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in customer authentication and access management solutions. The role involves implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting authentication, federation, and single sign-on (SSO) integrations while working closely with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Customer IAM / Authentication & (IBM Security Verify Access/ISVA OR Ping Identity) and experience supporting enterprise authentication environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support customer authentication solutions using IBM Security Verify Access/ISVA OR Ping Identity platforms.
- Configure and maintain authentication policies, access policies, session management, and web access management capabilities.
- Integrate applications for customer authentication, federation, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Support federation integrations with external identity providers and business partners.
- Develop and modify authentication workflows, mapping rules, and identity attribute transformations.
- Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise directories, applications, databases, APIs,



and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, session, certificate, token, and application access issues.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, certificate renewals, vulnerability remediation, and environment maintenance.
- Participate in application onboarding, requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes related to authentication and access management services.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, network, and vendor teams to resolve complex authentication issues.
- Maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge-base articles.

Required Skills

Proficient

- Customer IAM / Authentication & (IBM Security Verify Access/ISVA OR Ping Identity)

Experience
- 3 to 7 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IAM or customer authentication solutions.
