Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Identify customer needs and ensure a smooth experience throughout the engagement journey.
- Support the business development and customer experience teams with day-to-day activities.




- Meet defined engagement, follow-up, and performance objectives.
- Continuously learn about the company's products, services, processes, and customer expectations.
