We are a growing nutrition and weight-management company serving clients across India and internationally.
We are looking for a Customer Care & Nutrition Support Executive with a Science/Healthcare background who can understand basic nutrition concepts and communicate confidently with clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle client queries through WhatsApp and calls.
- Resolve routine nutrition and food-substitution queries.
- Guide clients according to our established nutrition protocols and SOPs.
- Coordinate with dietitians for queries requiring clinical or personalised intervention.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely query resolution.
- Maintain accurate client/query records.
- Provide a qualified, empathetic and premium customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food & Nutrition, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Home Science or another relevant Science/Healthcare field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication.
- Good basic understanding of nutrition.
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Good problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Candidates who are interested only in making diet plans and are not comfortable with customer support should not apply.
Salary
₹22,000/month
6 days working | Sunday off
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
