We’re looking for 2 smart, sharp and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

This is not just a typical customer support role. We’re looking for people who can communicate confidently, think on their feet and genuinely solve customer problems.

What you’ll do

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & queries

Resolve order, delivery, return & exchange concerns

Help customers make the right product decisions

Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

Ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand

What we’re looking for

Fluent English & Hindi communication

Sharp mind and robust common sense

Excellent communication skills

Patient, confident & solution-oriented

Smart and professional personality

Comfortable speaking with customers

- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome

Experience: 0–3 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
