This is not just a typical customer support role. We’re looking for people who can communicate confidently, think on their feet and genuinely solve customer problems.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & queries
- Resolve order, delivery, return & exchange concerns
- Help customers make the right product decisions
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English & Hindi communication
- Sharp mind and strong common sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient, confident & solution-oriented
- Smart and professional personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
Experience: 0–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
