Role Description The Customer Care Professional is responsible for providing attentive, high-quality support to clients throughout their engagement with Dietician Kajal's Clinic. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps, scheduling and managing appointments, and guiding clients through clinic processes and services. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on feedback, and coordinating with dieticians and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India,



where in-person work at the clinic is combined with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on building trust and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ability to drive and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and empathetic interaction.
- Excellent communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi or other local languages.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs, track feedback, and support process improvements.
- Comfort with basic office software, scheduling tools, and messaging platforms.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
