About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and messages
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper records
- Resolve basic customer issues professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach
