Customer Care Executive Working Days: Monday to Saturday Sunday: Holiday Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor truck movement from pickup to delivery. Make outbound calls to drivers, truck owners, brokers, and customers. Regularly follow up with drivers regarding truck location, loading, delivery, and delays.

Resolve day-to-day issues related to truck movement and escalate when required. Update trip and customer information on the Truck Hai system/Excel. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Maintain valuable communication and relationships with customers and other stakeholders. RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English. Comfortable making frequent outbound calls. Basic knowledge of Excel and mobile applications.

Good follow-up and coordination skills. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. The role requires proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and coordination throughout the day to ensure smooth truck movement.
