We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, discipline, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, queries, and requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Ensure timely response and proper follow-up on customer queries.
- Maintain discipline and follow company processes and guidelines.
- Complete assigned responsibilities within the required timelines.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Assamese, Hindi, and English.
- 6 Months–5 Years of experience in customer care, customer service, BPO, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and polite approach while communicating with customers.
- Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow established processes.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
