RAM Antivirus Pvt. Ltd. is a cybersecurity and software company providing antivirus, internet security, and cybersecurity solutions to customers and businesses.

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team (phone hidden) in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and support queries.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and basic technical issues.
- Help customers with antivirus installation, activation, renewal, and subscription-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues, renewals, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support information.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams when required.
- Provide clear and qualified communication to customers.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp,



and internet applications.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in customer care, BPO, technical support, or IT support will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates currently residing in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
- Candidates who can work from the Jalgaon office.
- Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills.
