We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executives (CSE) for our domestic voice process in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, answering queries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance in Hindi and basic English. This is a 100% Day Shift role suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer calls and assist with queries regarding products, services, order updates, or billing.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints politely, accurately, and within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Data Documentation: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and updates into the CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Follow up on unresolved customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Quality & Performance: Maintain key performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in domestic BPO or customer service is a plus.
- Languages Known: Fluent in Hindi with good functional understanding of English.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with internet browsing, typing, and MS Office/CRM software.
- Skills: Positive active listening, patience, problem-solving ability, and clear phone etiquette.
