Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
- Role: Customer Care Executive
What you’ll do:
1. Talk to customers and understand their property requirements.
2. Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
3. Identify customers who are genuinely interested in buying or exploring properties.
4. Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Positive communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on calls
- Good follow-up skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements
- Experience in customer care, telecalling or lead generation will be preferred
